Executive Assistance Services

We have over 15+ years of experience working in the administrative field.  Every project we take is handled with great care, attention to detail, and completed within your specified timeframe.  You receive the expertise of an executive assistant with no overhead cost.

Per project basis are billed with an hourly rate. An initial "one time" 50% deposit is required prior to work being started.

The hourly rate for our services may vary depending on the complexity of your service request.

Executive Assistance Per Project Basis

Per Project basis are billed with an hourly rate. 

The hourly rate for our services may vary depending on the complexity of your service request.

Executive Assistance Retainer Plans: Retainer plans are used for on-going support, these hours can be used as needed. Services are billed after project completion. 

A retainer contract is needed with this option. Retainer contracts are supplied in 1 month increments. 

Executive Assistance Retainer Package Plans: The Basic Plan
Receive 20+ hours of our services per month, and receive
5% off our regular rate. Sign Up Now
20 hours x $20.00 = $400.00 - $20.00 (5%) = $380.00 per month

The Plus Plan
Receive 40+ hours of our services per month, and receive 10% off our regular rate. Sign Up Now
40 hours x $20.00 = $800.00 - $80.00 (10%) = $720.00 per month

The Premium Plan
Receive 60+ hours of our services per month, and receive 15% off our regular rate. Sign Up Now

Additional Retainer Hours

$16.00 per hour

Retainer Clients:
Agree to partner with us for a minimum of 1 month, with a mutually agreed upon 30 day termination notice if that becomes a necessary choice by either party.

We Never Charge Our Clients For:
Stationery, incidental costs such as printing, photocopies, faxes and long-distance telephone calls. This is our way of saying thanks for your business!

        Our Executive Assistance Guidelines:

  • It takes between 3 to 5 hours to transcribe one hour's worth of audio. This depends on the clarity of the audio. such as, discussion groups with several people speaking at once may be harder to decipher, or the audio may be scratchy or hard to hear, this will lengthen the transcription time.  transcription industry standards dictate that 10 to 15 minutes of speech should take one hour to transcribe. A 60 minute recording should take approximately 4 hours to transcribe.

  • It takes approximately 1 hour to type 10 pages of straight text. This depends on whether or not the document is typed or handwritten. If it is handwritten, it may take a little longer depending on the clarity of the handwriting.

  • We work on a first come first serve basis. We try to maintain a 1-5 business day turn around time, however if there are several people in front of you or the job is large, it may require more time but we will always notify you and keep you updated on the status of your order.

  • We try our best to be error free, but occasionally we may miss something we do not charge for corrections for errors we make.

  • A Rush is any assignment that has a requested turn around time of less than 24 hours, unless other arrangements are made at the time of acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to change turnaround times and prices quoted due to changes in the specifications, quantities, legibility and or quality of origin or source material, delivery arrangements, unforeseen problems or other circumstances. We will notify the client prior to beginning.

  • By accepting our services, you, the client, assume full responsibility for final proofreading and accuracy of documents, final product or service. Any errors or omissions brought to our attention that was missed by our staff will be amended free of charge. Any additions or amendments made by the customer will be charged.

  • We cannot be held liable for damage to any media supplied by the client either in our possession or in transit. If full instructions are not given or changes made clear to us, no responsibility can be taken for such discrepancies whatsoever if these are not made clear prior or during work on the project.

  • All incoming emails, discs, CDs or other media will be scanned for viruses. We will not open unsolicited attachments to emails or email attachments which do not have an accompanying explanatory message.

  • We try our best to scan all emails and attachments sent to clients for viruses; However it is the responsibility of all recipients to check text, graphics and attachments before opening the file as no responsibility or liability will be accepted by us.

  • Assignments can be received and returned via hard copy
    (through postal mail) or by floppy disk, CD's, USB's or through an email as an attachment.

  • Administrative Assistant project turnaround time varies from project to project. This depends on the length of the project, the legibility of the handwriting, and on how many prior projects are in the works. DiAlo will always finish the project in the quickest possible time while allowing for the highest quality of work.  After reviewing the clients’ project we will give you an estimated time that you should expect the work to take.  If for some reason, it cannot be finished by the time line, we will contact you immediately.  We will always notify you and keep you updated on the status of your order

  • Client contact information and all client documents will be held in the strictest confidence. All original hard copies will NOT be returned to client with the finished product unless otherwise requested by client. All hard copies are shredded.

     Executive Assistance Payment and Invoice Policy:

  • Hourly rates are billed in 15 minute increments.

  • A signed contract, outlining the details of the project, will be required before beginning work.

  • An initial one time 50% deposit is required prior to work being started.

  • We reserve the right to add a $20 surcharge to all projects requiring "Rush" service.

  • Invoices are due upon delivery of finished projects.

  • Invoices are submitted to you upon completion of your project via e-mail or fax. Payment is due upon receipt. Past due accounts are subject to late fees and/or work stoppage. Payments that are more than 30 days past due will be assessed with a $25.00 monthly (pro-rated) late fee. 

  • Clients will be responsible for all bank charges resulting from a returned check. There will be a $35.00 service fee for all returned checks.

  • We accept payments in the form of checks, cashier's checks, money orders and all major credit card payments.  The quickest method is online by credit card.  Go to our Online Payment page, click on the buy now button and be taken to the PayPal secure server for payment information.   • Our service rates are subject to change. A written notice will be provided to existing clients.

  • All service estimates are based on the Client's representations. The Client will be charged, and will be responsible to pay, for the actual time spent on the Client's project.

  • We have a 1-hour minimum for all hourly rate services, which means any work that takes less than an hour is charged for a full hour unless otherwise stated at the time of acceptance. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments.
