My name is Andre' D. Dowdy and I work diligently in this community for its success. I initiated this website for you! This website is completely free to the businesses, consumers and the people that visit it. This website was created due to current economic times in businesses. Businesses have less and less money on innovation and marketing. They spend more time and money on just keeping afloat nowadays. This website will assist you through good and not so good times.
I am a commercial real estate appraiser and a commercial Realtor. I have the unique position of seeing the real estate industry from both sides. Currently, this industry is very volatile and requires careful analysis.
For instance, many businesses are seeing their property values significantly decrease and desperately need consultation for a possible property tax reduction. In general, a real estate appraisal is the meat and the basis for most real estate transactions. We assist a wide array of clients needing appraisal work from probate estates, board of revisions, financing properties, divorce, bankruptcy, business expansion and/or reduction, eminent domain, and much more. Many businesses call into our office just to get a more accurate idea of their property’s value for business planning purposes.
As a Realtor that specializes in commercial properties, we help businesses. We help investors buy, lease, relocate and sell properties. The type of investors can be land developers, industrial business owners, restaurants, office seekers, apartment owners, and many many more.
